- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition still wrapped in original packaging.
- The item must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygienic reasons).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely in its original packaging, along with the original proof of purchase and the RA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preferences when requesting the RA number. Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the new item is of higher value, you may be required to pay the price difference.
